Renowned Chef Jerome Valencia provided participants with a wonderful opportunity to learn about plant-based recipes. Hosted by Shari Vedovato in conjunction with El Tutor Coach, the ladies of Dorado got to experience first hand just how delightful Chef Jerome’s recipes can be.  Our adult students learned how to prepare a delicious Root Vegetable Flatbread, Cacao & Avocado Mousse, and sparkling Greek Sky Cocktails.
