We were lucky to have some of our El Tutor Coach friends and clients share some of their precious moments with us!
As we head into the next few weeks, we are working hard to provide you with some unique activities and experiences to enjoy while you are at home.
New Virtual Classes
We heard from you. We are looking to add more virtual classes that enhance and bring a sense of joy during these challenging times.
We recently commenced our partnership with Lindsay from smallhinges.health for a Thirsty Thursday & Yummy Bites virtual class. Our featured wellness chef offered a special evening on “how to make some amazing quarantine snacks” straight from your fridge paired with your favorite wine, cocktail (or mock cocktail), of course! Here are the super-easy recipes if you want to try them at home.
Awesome Rice Cake Toppings
1 rice cake (brown organic if you can find)
Hummus or ½ avocado
Lime or lemon
1 – 2 slices of tomato
Everything bagel seasoning
SO either you put the avocado, lime juice, tomato & seasoning
OR you put the hummus, lemon juice, tomato & seasoning
Perfect Pasta
1 box of pasta (or frozen tortellini)
½ onion
2 -3 cloves of garlic
2 cups frozen mixed veggies chopped
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning
Boil pasta
In another pan heat olive oil, cook onion, then garlic, add frozen veggies, salt & pepper, and Italian seasoning and toss with pasta. Drizzle more olive oil!

We are working to have some new, exciting lineup of classes. In fact, we have partnered with children’s cooking expert, Chef Cricket Azima, from The Creative Kitchen to host free kids Playtime Pasta cooking class this Thursday, April 23 from 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
